This had to be one of the smoothest fast paced reads I have ever read. Maybe I need to hold my beer as I didn’t even read the rest of this series. But I’m going to say it anyway. This is book 11 in the Iron Rogues MC series but what I love most is the fact that it doesn’t feel that way. Instantly it feels like we know everyone and have been friends for a while. To which, I love that ability for a book. Let me jump in mid way but feel at home. I promise I’ll go get to know everyone further but for now, I am at home from where I am jumping in at!!! 

This book we are introduced to Phoenix and Lindsay. Now we see glimpses of previous book characters as well. It’s more of a sprinkle of getting to know them but you get a good gist of their characters from the bit we see of them. Ok back to our main two characters. Lindsay comes to Iron Rogues ready for a battle. She was downright mad thinking they were taking money from people that needed it. You see, Lindsay was doing what she could to help and it was getting pretty difficult to do so with the supplies she had. 

Lindsay takes her rage to Iron Rogues and that is where she meets Phoenix. Surprised by his calm demeanor and friendly welcome she is ready to let him have it. Well it doesn’t go like she planned. You know we all walk in ready to raise some hell when we see injustice. Well what happens when you realize your target of anger is actually not the person in the wrong. It’s actually someone completely different? Thats the journey for Lindsay. 

Now with this book being a novel size book. We are talking a delicious 150ish pages. I have to pause my recap here. I know!!!! How rude!!! I gave such little detail. But if you remember in the beginning of this blog I said that it was a fast paced read. Y’all will finish it and know what happens within a day. Now if I speak anything else, then I sadly will be telling you details that you need to find out for yourself!!!! You can’t be getting all the book drama from me. I know we spill the beans and chit chat but you know I save the best drama for you to read on your own. Then you can come back and we can scream together. That’s just how it goes. Author Fiona Davenport had me read to read the entire series right away. I have to pause that but I know I will be having an MC filled summer this year. Bring it!!! I miss the MC’s and I am ready to spend my time reading all about them!! I will definitely be taking the time to start at book one and catch up. I loved every minute of this book and genuinely didn’t want it to end. I love being able to be so caught up in a book that all of the sudden you see you’re 71% of the way done and scream “SLOW DOWN!!!” That was me. I was a little mad that it went so fast. Ok, calm down self, we have more available to read. I will also add that I am so excited to see where the next book leads us!! There was a very small glimpse of where we were going next and I am excited to see how the next book is written!!! 

One down but 10 more to read. I may be out of order but I will get back on track this summer!
